What is the return policy?
Because our meals are freshly prepared food items, we do not accept returns. If something isn’t right with your order, reach out within 24 hours of pickup and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
How do I order?
Simply choose your meals online before the weekly order cutoff(Fridays 6PM). Meals are prepared fresh and available for pickup or delivery (depending on your location).
When will I get my order?
Orders placed before our weekly cut off period (Friday 6PM) are available for pick up on Sunday 12-6PM or Mondays 11AM-6PM. Deliveries occur Sundays after 2PM and timing may vary due to Packer home games
Is this only for athletes or fitness-focused people?
Not at all. Our meals are for busy families, professionals, parents, and anyone looking for an affordable, convenient way to eat better.
Do you deliver to me?
Experience Fresh Local Delivery from Green Bay to Oshkosh. Add your address at checkout to determine if you are within our delivery radius.
How long do the meals last?
Meals are best enjoyed within 4–6 days of pickup. We recommend reheating meals for 90 seconds in the microwave.
